Dazzle them with your smile, not your braces
Invisalign is one of our most popular orthodontic treatment methods for adult patients, for two main reasons:
- It is so easy to use, and
- The aligners are virtually invisible.
How does Invisalign work?
Invisalign uses a series of clear, plastic aligners to gradually move your teeth into position. These aligners are created using a state-of-the-art 3D computer imaging system, which means they’re custom-made to your teeth. A bit like a thin sports mouthguard, the aligners fit over your teeth, gradually straightening them. Because the aligners are removable, you can eat and drink whatever you wish during treatment and won’t have any trouble cleaning your teeth afterwards.
Invisalign for adults
Ever since we have been offering Invisalign, adult patients have been keen to see the results this virtually invisible treatment method can offer. And they’ve been pleased with what they’ve seen. Some of the benefits of Invisalign for our adult patients include:
- Because the aligners are virtually invisible no-one will know you’re having treatment
- As a discreet treatment option, they don’t impact on your personal or professional life
- They can be removed for special occasions
- Eating, drinking, brushing and flossing during treatment is easy
- The results are just as good, if not better, than from conventional braces.
Invisalign for teens
Invisalign's innovative treatment method isn’t just for adults. It’s also suitable for teens, which can make having orthodontic treatment during those self-conscious years that much easier. Invisalign aligners for teenagers work much the same as those used by adults, except we can add a blue dot wear indicator to each aligner. This helps your teen track their wear time, which should be 22 hours per day for ultimate results.
Invisalign for fast results
Much like conventional orthodontic treatment, the length of time required to wear Invisalign aligners varies between patients. However, on the whole, most Invisalign treatment lasts between 12 and 24 months.
If you only require minor treatment, Invisalign has two fast treatment options:
Invisalign Lite: Specifically for cases affecting the front six teeth, Invisalign Lite can get results in as little as six months.
Invisalign Express: For very minor cases, Invisalign Express can get results in as little as three months.
