Dr Louise HarperBDS MSc FDSRCS MOrthRCS (Eng) MOrthRCS (Edin)

Louise carried out her undergraduate training at University College Hospital in London, qualifying in 1989 and was awarded the Alfred Sinclair Medal in her final year. She spent the next three years gaining experience in the fields of oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral medicine and orthodontics at a variety of London hospitals including UCH, St. Mary’s and the Eastman Dental Institute. During this time she became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Eng). She commenced her specialist orthodontic training in 1993, acquiring her MSc in 1995 and Membership in Orthodontics (Eng and Edin) in 1996.
Louise provides a wide variety of treatment for both children and adults at The Orthodontic Centre (Reading) Ltd. Her special interests include adult orthodontics and multidisciplinary cases. She is very experienced in all types of conventional appliance treatment, including Invisalign aligners and Incognito lingual appliances.
Throughout her career Louise has been an active committee member. She chairs the Berkshire Local Orthodontic Committee and sits on the Thames Valley Managed Clinical Network, in addition to the Berkshire Local Dental Committee. She was treasurer of the Orthodontic Specialist Group of the British Orthodontic Society for five years and sat on council during this time. She was presented with a Special Service Award by the British Orthodontic Society in 2011.
Dr Craig HarperBDS FDS Morth MSc

Craig Harper carried out his undergraduate training at Birmingham Dental Hospital, qualifying in 1982. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1986 and gained experience in the fields of oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral medicine, orthodontics and restorative dentistry in the hospital setting and general practice prior to undertaking specialist orthodontic training at Guy's Hospital.
He attained his MSc, DOrth and MOrth in 1991, accrediting as a consultant orthodontist in 1995. He worked at the Royal Berkshire and West Berkshire Community Hospitals from 1996 until 2013 where he educated postgraduate students, treated complex cases, advised referring practitioners and was involved in cleft lip and palate and surgical cases.
Craig is a partner at The Briars Dental Centre specialising in adult orthodontics and multi-disciplinary cases.
On a personal level Craig lives in Berkshire with his wife and two young children.
Dr Yann TaddeiB.Ch.D.(Leeds), M.Sc. Ortho (Lon)

Following the completion of his undergraduate dental degree (B.Ch.D, Leeds) in 1996, Dr Yann Taddei furthered his interest in orthodontics and gained the M.Sc. Ortho (2001) from the Eastman Dental Hospital. He has been part of The Orthodontic Centre (Reading) Ltd team since 2001 taking great pride and satisfaction in transforming the smiles of the patients he has cared for. As the science and technology of orthodontics advances, Dr Yann Taddei keeps abreast of these changes as part of his continuing professional development to provide the best care for his patients.
Dr Saurab Singh VirdiSpecialist Orthodontist

Saurab joined Reading Orthodontics in 2018. He has completed both diplomas for the prestigious Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh. He undertook his specialist training in Orthodontics at Guy’s Hospital and St Georges whilst simultaneously completing his Masters degree from Kings College london.
He has presented and published his research and work at conferences both locally and regionally and has a particular interest in facial anthropometry. When free he enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his wife and son.

Montu completed his undergraduate training in 1998 and then did his masters in Dental Surgery (Orthodontics) in 2000 from India. He then went on to teach for 4 years before moving to the U.A.E, where he worked as a specialist orthodontist for a period of 6 years. He moved to the U.K in 2011, and undertook his masters in Clinical Dentistry (Orthodontics) at the Eastman Dental Hospital which he completed in 2014 and was awarded the 3M Clinical Excellence award in his final year of training. He then gained his membership to the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh for Orthodontics in 2015. He also competed his licentiate in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons England and earned a place on the dental register in 2015.
Montu joined the Orthodontic Centre Wokingham in April 2019. He is involved in treatment planning for new patients and carrying out routine appointments, providing a wide variety of treatment for both children and adults using different orthodontic systems including Invisalign.
In his free time, Montu is a keen photographer with special preference for land and seascapes. He is also extremely enthusiastic about collecting and playing modern table top board games.
Tanya SivakumaranSpecialist Orthodontist - Bracknell

Tanya qualified as a dentist from King’s College London. Since then, she has undertaken a number of hospital posts, gaining extensive experience in paediatric dentistry, orthodontics, minor oral surgery and maxillofacial surgery. After gaining membership with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, Tanya was accepted into the prestigious orthodontic specialist programme at King’s College London. This allowed Tanya to gain a wealth of experience across a multitude of hospitals, including Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Her endeavours earned her a Master’s degree in Orthodontics; awarded with Distinction and a position as a recognised Orthodontic Specialist.
Being a member of several internationally renowned institutions, such as the Royal Colleges and British Orthodontic Society, Tanya is able to actively keep up to date with the most current and effective methods in orthodontics. Her passion for orthodontics is instilled in her clinical work, and in connecting with her patients. Tanya enjoys working with both children and adults, finding her role rewarding by making a difference to the lives and well-being of her patients by improving their smiles.
In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with family and friends, travelling as much as she can and getting stuck into a good book.
